Why we built this

We started BiasProof after seeing qualified people get passed over — not because of their skills, but because of how automated systems filtered them out.

We kept hearing the same story: great candidates, solid experience, no callbacks.

When we dug into the research, we found out why. AI hiring systems carry the biases of the data they were trained on — and it's costing people opportunities they earned.

So we built something to fight it. We study the research, track the patterns, and help candidates present themselves in a way that gets past the filter without hiding who they are.
